Here's a great little creation I've concocted this week, in the 2 blind Pigs Organic Laboratory.
Fabulously easy and great for any Vegans or those of you just too lazy to spend hours beating egg whites, egg yolks and cream.
FIG-NOG
Add to a good food blender.
50ml Organic Rum or Cognac (not as easy to find organic Cognac)
125ml Organic Soya Milk (Regular milk works too if you prefer)
4 Organic Dried Figs
20ml Organic Maple Syrup
5 decent sized ice cubes
A sprinkle of Cinnamon
A grating of Nutmeg
AND BLEND!!!! (for 20 seconds)
Pour it out and garnish with a little more nutmeg.
taadaah!!!!
A really great thick and creamy cocktail to get you through the London winter.
